2. What we process when you visit the website

When you visit this website, the hosting provider processes technical data that your browser sends automatically, so the site can be delivered and kept secure. This data includes:

This website has no contact form and no email-delivery service. If you write to us using the address published on this website, we process what you send us — your name, your email address and the content of your message — in order to reply.

  • Purpose: to reply to your message and, if there is a fit, arrange a conversation.

Our hosting provider processes personal data outside Switzerland. We disclose data only to countries that the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing adequate data protection, or otherwise rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). The country involved is: the United States.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS) to this website.

7. Your rights

Under the FADP, you can:

  • ask whether we process personal data about you, and receive information about it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data, or object to its processing, unless we are legally required or entitled to keep it;
  • ask to receive data you gave us in a common electronic format, where the legal conditions are met.
